Policies

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $1,500.00. The damage deposit is payable upon booking.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation but if you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival we will issue a credit note for the same villa valid for 9 months. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival all funds paid will be forfeited and a partial or full refund will only be made if we some or all of the dates are rebooked.

If you cancel a stay in the Xmas/NY Season all funds are forfeited unless we can rebook some or all of the dates if so a full or partial refund will be offered.

Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
